Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Preppy May. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns policy varies depending on the product category due to the nature of our items. Please review our policy below.
Handbags Returns
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return handbags.
Condition for Return:
The handbag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we willl notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refunable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Jewellery and Gloves Returns
Hygiene:
Due to hygiene reasons, **all jewellery and gloves sales are final once opened**. We cannot accept return for these items unless they are defective or unopened and in their original packaging.
Defective Items:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at hello@preppymay.com and send your item to 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
